Each chapter is divided into topics, and each topic includes short lesson videos. These videos teach the salesperson what to do, what to say, and how to handle the customer during each stage of the sales process.

After completing the lesson videos for a topic, the salesperson starts an assessment. Before beginning, Caren clearly shows what will be evaluated, what the AI customer may say, the time limit, and how the assessment works.

In the Discussion Room, the salesperson speaks with an AI customer in a realistic sales scenario. The AI customer has a realistic persona, making the practice feel closer to a real customer conversation.

After the conversation ends, Caren evaluates the salesperson’s performance and shows clear feedback. This helps the salesperson understand what went well, what needs improvement, and how to perform better next time.

Training is organized into chapters such as Meet & Greet, Needs Assessment, Vehicle Presentation and Demonstration, Close on Vehicle, and Closing on the Terms. This gives salespeople a clear learning path across the full dealership sales process.

In addition to the lessons, Caren includes AI practice assessments, challenges, and guided practice environments where salespeople can work through realistic customer situations and objections.

Managers and sales teams can track progress through scores, completed conversations, course progress, and leaderboard performance. This helps create accountability and keeps training active across the team.
